He excelled in his career by leading efforts for reducing the opioid epidemic, counseling those living with HIV & AIDS, and providing sanitary, safe, and affordable housing to low-income families. It was in Texarkana, Texas, where he gained invaluable experience in managing diverse projects, overseeing fundraising efforts, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Throughout his journey, David has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of faith-based initiatives. Guided by his unwavering belief in the strength of community and compassion, he has led numerous initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of countless individuals.
