When Faith Falls Short: Navigating Obstacles to Faith
Dr. Thomas Jackson has been married for 30 years. He and his wife, Karla, are
the proud parents of two children: Dillon (son – 29yrs) and Kayla (daughter –
26). He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology and a
Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and has
been involved in behavioral health for 27 years.
He is the founder of the Jackson Theological Institute (JTI), offering
undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biblical and Theological Studies
and Psychology. He conducts a weekly broadcast, entitled, “Interpreting
DIFFICULT Passages.” He is the published author of the book, “A
Conversational Commentary on the Book of EPHESIANS,” “A Conversational
Commentary on the Gospel of JOHN,” “Man and Woman As God Has
Ordained,” and currently writing “A Conversational Commentary on the Book
of 1st Corinthians.” He has published a five-DVD set entitled, “Understanding
Spiritual Warfare,” a four-DVD set entitled, “Bible Translations and
Interpreting Difficult Passages,” a six-DVD set entitled, “Understanding The
Biblical Model for Leadership,” a four-DVD set entitled, “How To Study the
Bible with a Middle Eastern Worldview,” and a four-DVD set entitled,
“Embracing your Season.”
He has published articles entitled, “A Daughter’s First Romance,” “The Social
Effects of Sons Raised By Their Mothers,” “One Personality Expressed in
Multiple Ways,” “Treating Depression In America,” “The ADHD Dialogue”
“Understanding Schizophrenia” and “Understanding African-American
Behavior In A Euro-American Society.”
